Valdemir de Oliveira, PhD, is a Brazilian Ambassador for Targeted Justice. He has supported Targeted victims in Brazil for over one year, through his podcast Valdemir helps victims to overcome the challenges of being a TI, combining tips, interviews and tutorial sessions.

Valdemir is in constant connection with victims all over the country raising awareness about the Targeted Justice Mission. He has faced severe resistance and boycott over his work, with incredible levels of harassment, stalking and cyber interference with severe disruption of his emails, files and Whatsapp contacts, culminating recently with the hacking of his podcast channel. Melissa’s journey with V2k, gang stalking, directed-energy/ remote harassment began in 2012 while she was employed at a corrupt private company in Houston, TX that was owned by a multi-millionaire with deep political and law agency connections. When Melissa tried reporting what was being done against employees, she was threatened in person and then attacked. Even after her voluntary resignation, the attacks continued and only worsened.
These attacks lead Melissa on a spiritual quest and self-healing journey. God revealed to Melissa one day while under heavy attack, that if she got to the root of the pain (emotional response) she felt by what was being done/said to hurt her then the tactics being used against her would be rendered powerless. The greatest thing outside of having a closer relationship with God/Spirit is that Melissa was able to learn how to leverage the attacks and turn them into empowerment, fire and purpose.

​Originally from Melbourne, Australia, I have also studied and worked in Greece, France and Indonesia. With a B.A. from Montpellier, France, and M.A from Monash University, Melbourne, I have taught EFL (English as a Foreign Language) overseas, and more recently in Australia to students arriving from other Asia-Pacific countries. With a passion for languages, I have also taught French and worked as an interpreter. Now based in Melbourne again, I am honoured to be a part of the effort to bring together T.I.s, raise awareness, and work on solutions to counter the scourge of the global targeting programme. My deepest prayer is that we come together as an international community for our healing and empowerment, so that we can restore balance in our world, both for ourselves and for future generations. These days I derive peace from yoga, baking, and my veggie patch.

Jill Amack began volunteering for Targeted Justice in 2024.  She lives in Lincoln, Nebraska, and has run her own small business since 2000.

Jill became a target in March of 2022, after reporting criminal activity to the police. It took two years for her to find Targeted Justice and learn that she had been added to the TSDB.

She is so thankful for the work of TJ in equipping targets to survive this life. There have been so many people who have come alongside her in this battle! She is volunteering in gratitude to each of them, to pay it forward for someone else.

For a long time Jill could not understand how being a target was something that God could use to bless her. How can good come from evil? Logically, it can’t. But God isn’t limited by human logic. The faithfulness of God is no longer academic, but real. The extraordinary TIs she has met have expanded her view of the world. And being a part of this fight to educate the public and secure our freedom has given her a purpose she never could have imagined.

Jill hopes to be a blessing to Targeted Justice and the people in it.

Christopher began his life as a target in 2004.  V2K/energy weapons began constantly in 2012 while living in Topeka, Kansas. Christopher holds full-time employment as a Forklift Operator and remains vigilant to help others whom are suffering daily due to illegal surveillance and torture. Christopher became a member of Targeted Justice in 2017 after the adjudicated case in Mettlen vs. Kaste et.al. That particular case remains today as an energy weapons/gang stalking case in the federal courts.

As a volunteer, the feeling of reaching out to others to assist has amazing healing benefits that has changed the outlook and perception of humanity  within Christopher’s beliefs. He is married to his beautiful wife Darcie whom have been together 8 years. She is the rock and shelter during the storm! They have full custody of their granddaughter Claire whom resides with them. A dog (Dollie) and Cat (Lou).

Christopher will forever be in the fight for us to end the Targeting program and hold accountability for those responsible.
