For twenty-two years, the Terrorist Screening Database (set) has been used to weaponize the government against law-abiding Americans.
97% of the list is comprised of non-investigative subjects that do not meet the reasonable suspicion terrorist criteria, and their civil rights are obliterated as a result of their inclusion on the list.

Fixing a broken system that allows secret weaponization
This presentation discusses the grounds that warrant a revamping of the watchlisting system currently in place. The FBI controls it, and it is a government weaponization roster. Ninety-seven percent of the names on the Terrorist Screening Data Set belong to law-abiding citizens who are not screened as terrorists when traveling. It's an illegal, secret blacklist that must be reformed.
