Working to change the course of history one case at a time.
On January 11, 2023, Targeted Justice and 18 plaintiffs filed a historic lawsuit seeking, inter alia, an end to the illegal and hidden categories of the FBI's Terrorist Screening Database.
For the duration of the case, its appeal to the 5th Circuit and petition for review to the Supreme Court, Dr. Len Ber hosted a podcast to inform the world about our relentless efforts for freedom and justice for all.

At the outset of the lawsuit , we made an official announcement explaining how this case was filed by a few for the benefit of the community and humanity.
Plaintiffs were not treated with the fairness and the full protection that the Constitution guarantees.
Although the courts denied us our day in court, the fight is far from over.
The section below contains the pleadings that prove that far from "fantastical" as Judge Lee Rosenthal concluded to justify dismissing WITH PREJUDICE for "lack of jurisdiction," depriving plaintiffs of their due process and property rights, the fight has just begun.

DownloadIn this case, Targeted Justice sued to force the Federal Bureau of Investigation to produce the records of the deceased people that were removed from the Terrorist Screening Database.
Michael Seidel, FBI FOIA Director denied the records stating under penalty of perjury that it was too cumbersome to produce them.
The matter is under court consideration.
In this Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, Targeted Justice sued the Office of Attorney General to obtain the records denied under FOIA regarding an exemption to the reasonable suspicion requirement to place anyone on the Terrorist Screening Database.
Case is pending at the Motion for Summary Judgment stage.
Targeted Justice sued the Office of the Inspector General of the Department of Justice to produce the audit reports of the Terrorist Screening Center. Even though the conclusions of its 2007 audit were horrific, the OIG claims it never did another audit again...
OIG's position does not pass anyone's sniff test.
Case is pending.
